Ellie Naderi has worked in the dental industry for over 29 years. She has an extensive background on both the clinical side and the business operations side of the dental field. After years spent performing virtually every support function in the private practice setting, she continued her education and began working as a dental hygienist, which she did for over 7 years. After which she entered the dental pharma world. She worked for a top-notch pharma company for 5 years holding various roles including Education and Account Management. Additionally, Ellie worked in academia, giving clinical and didactic instruction to dental hygiene students at the Cerritos College Dental Hygiene Program.

Ellie has held multiple Senior VP and CEO positions with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) such as Coast Dental, Dental One Partners, and Advantage Dental from DentaQuest. Most recently, Ellie served as CEO of SALT Dental Collective, a portfolio company of Latticework Capital.

In 2016, Ellie founded and has since operated her own dental advisory firm, Global Dental Practice Solutions, DBA Oral Health United which provides operating partner support to Private Equity Firms, board advisory and strategic support to various DSOs and Vendor partner companies. Dental Solutions also strives to solve for the full scope of the industry’s existing challenges, bringing best in class technology and AI solutions to create a bionic operating™ model, yielding to PnL optimization. Ellie is also a board member for various DSOs and Technology companies. Ellie’s greatest passion is supporting the Dental industry by bringing leaders together, breaking down silos and solving for the various pain points that exist within the industry. Ellie makes Bend, Oregon her home enjoying the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with her family.
