Her personal commitment to sobriety, having celebrated 12 years clean as of July 31st, drives her passion for creating spaces where others can find strength, support, and connection.
Laura’s journey to co-founding Sober Life Rocks stemmed from her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by professionals in maintaining sobriety, especially while navigating demanding careers. As a speaker for Front Office Rocks, Laura frequently attended conferences and industry events. After she stopped drinking, she often felt isolated in social settings that revolved around alcohol.
