Teresa Williams is a highly accomplished DSO Operations Executive with over 29 years
of experience in the dental industry. She currently serves as the Chief Financial and
Operations Officer for a DSO in Southern California. Teresa is widely recognized as a
leader and has an exceptional track record of successfully managing operations,
optimizing business processes, and driving growth in highly dynamic and fast-paced
environments. She has a proven ability to utilize data-driven insights to improve
operational efficiency, reduce costs, and effectively execute strategic plans to achieve
business objectives. Teresa obtained her BA in Administrative Leadership from the
University of Oklahoma, and an MLS in Health Care Law from the University of
Oklahoma College of Law. In recognition of her exemplary work in the industry, Teresa
